1. Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — there’s no contract. You can cancel your membership at any time via your account or by contacting us. Your membership will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Do credits roll over if I don’t use them?

Yes, credits now roll over month to month — but they’re capped. You can stack up to a maximum of £70 per plan. Once you hit that limit, no more credit will be added until you use some of it.

3. How does priority enquiry handling work?

VIP and Club members are answered first during our weekday admin hours. Weekend enquiries are picked up on the next working day.

4. What events are included in the free seasonal ticket?

VIP members get one free ticket per year to a seasonal event, like Halloween, Easter or Christmas. We’ll send you available options throughout the year.

5. Can I use my party credit on any service?

Yes — you can use your monthly credit on any Party Monsters service, including parties, add-ons, hire items or ticketed events (unless stated otherwise).

6. What are pop-up events?

Pop-up events are exclusive experiences created just for VIP and Club members. These limited-time events aren’t available to the public and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

7. What happens if I cancel my membership with unused credit?

Any unused credit will expire when your membership ends. Make sure to use it before cancelling to get the most value from your plan.

8. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

Yes — you can move between Lite, Club, and VIP at any time. Your new tier and benefits will take effect on your next billing cycle.

9. Will I be tied into a contract?

No — there are no long-term commitments. You’re free to leave or change your plan whenever it suits you.

10. Can I gift a membership to someone else?

Not at the moment — memberships are linked to your account and benefits apply only to your bookings. But we’re working on a gifting option soon!

11. How do I access my downloads and perks?

You’ll get access via email or a private member area each month. If anything’s missing, just drop us a message and we’ll sort it.

12. Can I use my credit across multiple bookings?

No — credit can only be used in a single transaction. For example, if you have £70 credit and use £50, the remaining £20 is cleared. Your balance will then reset with your next monthly credit allowance.

13. What do I actually get for the monthly fee?

Each plan includes monthly credit worth more than you pay — plus exclusive VIP-only perks. For example, VIP members pay £14.99/month but receive £20+ value every month.
