Party Monsters VIP – Terms and Conditions

 

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your membership in Party Monsters VIP, a subscription service operated by Party Monsters Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), Company No. [14597285]. By subscribing, you (“you”, “the subscriber”) agree to these Terms.

1. Overview of Membership

Party Monsters VIP is a paid monthly membership offering a range of digital and service-based benefits, including:

• Monthly credit to use on eligible Party Monsters services

• Exclusive entry into subscriber-only giveaways

• Access to digital content and downloadable activities

• Priority enquiry handling (admin hours only)

2. Subscription Tiers & Credit System

• Each tier (LITE, CLUB, VIP) includes a different monthly credit amount redeemable against bookings with Party Monsters.

• Monthly credit is issued automatically each billing cycle and is available for use during your active subscription period.

• Credits are valid only for services provided by Party Monsters within our operational areas (currently Essex, London, and South East England).

• Credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no monetary value.

 

3.  Credit Rules & Expiry

• Credits can be used only once per billing cycle. Any unused balance from a redeemed credit is cleared after use.

• Monthly credits stack up to a maximum cap of £70 per account. Once this cap is reached, no additional credits will be issued until the balance drops below £70.

• Credit does not roll over beyond the £70 cap, even if unused.

• If your subscription is cancelled, paused, or terminated, all credit is forfeited immediately and is not reinstated if you re-subscribe.

• Credit cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or used to purchase gift vouchers or third-party services.

• If a booking made using VIP credit is cancelled by the client, credit will not be re-applied to your account.

 

4. Refunds, Suspensions & Forfeiture

• No partial or full refunds are issued for:

  • Unused credit

  • Mid-month cancellations

  • Missed or lapsed digital content

  • Giveaways or competitions not entered

   

• We reserve the right to remove or withhold any credit, digital access, or prize entry if:

  • A breach of these Terms occurs

  • There is suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the service

  • Your subscription payment fails

   

• Party Monsters also reserves the right to withdraw or amend any credit or monetary value from your account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the event of misuse or suspected dishonesty.

 

5. Giveaways & Competitions

• From time to time, active subscribers may be entered into exclusive draws or competitions.

• Entry tiers (e.g. LITE = 1 entry, CLUB = 2, VIP = 3) apply unless otherwise stated.

• Subscribers must have an active, paid membership at the time of the draw to qualify.

• Party Monsters reserves the right to substitute or withdraw prizes if needed.

• Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

 

6. Enquiries & Priority Booking

• VIP members benefit from priority handling of enquiries during admin hours only (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm). Weekend enquiries are answered the next working day.

• Credit or membership does not guarantee availability for any specific date or service. All bookings remain subject to standard availability and scheduling.

• VIP credit cannot be used to place a ‘hold’ on a date without completing a full booking.

 

7. General Service Terms

• All standard Party Monsters terms and conditions apply to bookings made using VIP credit. These are available at; www.party-monsters.com/terms-and-conditions

• This includes cancellation terms, booking deposits, rescheduling limits, and liability limitations.

• Any abuse of the membership, including sharing content or falsely claiming credit, may result in immediate cancellation of your membership and forfeiture of all benefits.

 

8. Cancellation & Termination

• You may cancel your membership at any time via your GoCardless account or by contacting us in writing.

• Once cancelled, access to all credit and member benefits is removed immediately.

• Re-subscribing in future will restart your benefits, but previous credit or entries will not be reinstated.

• We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your membership without refund if these Terms are breached.

 

9. Service Area Limitation

• Credit is only valid for services provided within our current service zones (e.g. Essex, London, South East).

• Members outside these zones are still welcome to subscribe but will be restricted to digital content only unless we expand our service area.

 

10. Liability & Disclaimers

• While we aim to provide continuous access to all VIP benefits, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of services or content.

• Party Monsters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from membership use or loss of access.

• You are responsible for ensuring your contact details and payment information remain up to date.

11. Data & Privacy

• By subscribing, you agree to the collection and use of your data for the purpose of managing your membership, bookings, and communications.

• We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

• Party Monsters reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published at; www.party-monsters.com/vip

• Continued use of your membership constitutes acceptance of any changes.
